Burak Basel was born in 1970 in Limassol. After graduating from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration, he moved his computer programming, which he started as a hobby, to a professional level by creating a software that the tourism industry can use after 2 years. This success brought the world’s leading brands in the technology sector to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Mr Basel played an important role in localizing these brands. Later, by combining the design and production services of CRM systems for different sectors with the software under its auspices, it has adopted the operations of many foreign companies in this direction. In this sense, growth has brought expansion in the team meanwhile. Burak Basel, with his belief that his biggest capital is Human Capital, has decided that he can reach the desired targets by cooperating with different cultures in different countries. As of 2002, he focused on technology by using his knowledge and experience. Basel started developing products and infrastructures for home banking software, payment services and revenue management systems, starting with Turkey and Europe then introduced these products with United States and Middle East markets. Believing in the importance of R&D and innovation, Basel continues its investments in this direction. Basel also continues to be a member of non-governmental organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Chamber of Industry, Junior Chamber International (JCI). In his remaining time from social responsibility projects, he is interested in nature sports. Basel, who builds his life on the philosophy of “discovering something that has never been discovered,” continues his business life by pursuing success, not earning money. Burak Basel, who says “This is the place where we were born, raised and died” for his country he loves at every opportunity, is married and has three children.
